Keep those fish barriers clean

Tripolid Grass carp will travel with moving water, so many customers chooose to screen their inlets and outlets.  If you do, make sure you keep leaves and sticks off the screen so water flows freely without obstruction.  Never use chicken wire or hardware cloth, as leaves cannot pass.  Use parallel bars, 1/5 to 2 inch spacing, placed horizontal to the surface of the pond, and clean them as needed.  It's never worth the risk of overflowing a dam to keep fish in the pond!

Fall Shipments Available October 19, 2012 thru November 10.

Fish will be arriving on Friaday October 19th for pickup by appointment.  This may be our last stocking of the year, so please confirm your order with us.  Fall is a good time for stocking, as the fish will be in the pond when the weeds start to grow in the early spring.  Last year, with a mild winter, weeds were growing before our first shipments were delivered.
